I started Clean to a "T" as a single mother in Destrehan, LA with a dream and a passion; And my main goal will always be to provide top-tier, unbeatable cleaning/organizing services in my area so that my clients never have to waste time dreading or stressing about "chores," and can instead spend that time doing what matters... being a family! "Leave the dirty work to me" is so much more than just some little slogan. It's literally what my business is here for, and we mean it!

I get the most compliments about my awesome attention to detail and the "little things" that I ALWAYS add or do to show clients that I'm not just doing a job... but that I truly care, and that they're worth my extra effort and time!

Honestly, it's how much customer service and SATISFACTION actually does mean to me, and the effort I always put in to show it.

Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?

ABSOLUTELY! I encourage clients to communicate with me openly and honestly before a cleaning so I know every little thing they want and expect. This includes letting me know Immediately if something ISN't the way they were expecting or if they're unsatisfied in any and every way, with what's been done.
If there ever was something mentioned, I guarantee I will return within 24hrs and make it everything the client wants no matter WHAT! Thankfully, this is not something I've ever had to do, however I always make sure clients know that I am super open to all feedback if/when I would need to. I want to grow and always be better!

I do offer 10% OFF the total of your services for all veterans, and often do other promotional discounts randomly.
