What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Get all the information possible and make sure to get the inspectors license number for the state in which the inspection will take place. Check them out to make sure there credible, many aren't. Also make sure they are insured and bonded. This is important information to have ahead of time. There's a lot of inspectors out there that under cut pricing and you will get what you pay for. A hurry up through inspection. Not a good way to protect your investment.
