How We Charge For Our Services
|
Bathroom - Remodel
- $100.00 to $150.00 per square foot
- $250.00 to $2,500.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom)
Basically depends on what condition the bathroom is in and what the customer is wanting done. Does the subfloor need replaced, new flooring installed, is there a stand up shower but wants a whirlpool tub installed? Wants more space or just wants a new vanity or toilet installed. The price of remodeling a bathroom all depends what is wanted and what is needed to satisfy the customer.

Carpet - Install
- $5.00 to $7.00 per square foot (economy grade with padding)
- $7.00 to $10.00 per square foot (mid-grade with padding)
- $8.00 to $11.00 per square foot (premium grade with padding)
- $10.00 to $13.00 per square yard (mid-grade with padding)
Depends on how big the area needing carpet and how difficult it is to install. A lot of cutting and angels is going to be higher with any kind of flooring

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
- $6.00 to $10.00 per square foot (cedar)
- $7.00 to $8.00 per square foot (pressure treated pine)
- $8.00 to $12.00 per square foot (composite)
