Appraisers - General (Non Real Estate)
- $100.00 to $350.00 fixed fee
The more that is involved in the appraisal, the higher the price. For example, FHA appraisals are more because of the extra work involved with them. Land is less work, nothing to measure, take pictures of etc. so it is cheaper than a 1004 single family home. Depending on the circumstances of the need for the appraisal, sometimes desktops can be the answer at only $100.

Real Estate Appraisers - Commercial
- $100.00 to $200.00 per hour
I prefer not to complete commercial appraisals at this time.

Real Estate Appraisers - Residential
- $300.00 to $350.00 fixed fee (single family home or condo)
$300 unless it involves more work like FHA or USDA.
