- $6.00 to $8.00 per square foot New driveway $ 6.00 - $6.75 4 inch thick. Replacement cost for drive way $8.00 and up

- $7.00 to $7.50 per square foot (6 inch reinforced slab) - $6.00 to $6.50 per square foot (4 inch reinforced slab) Depending on the finish and if rock needs to be brought in to grade with or build a base with
