How We Charge For Our Services

Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $495.00 to $1,000.00 fixed fee - flat rate
I get paid when I complete the inspection.

Home Inspection Services
- $295.00 to $695.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $295.00 to $495.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
I get paid when I finish the inspection.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $75.00 to $150.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
I get paid when I finish the inspection.

Roof - Inspection
- $200.00 to $400.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
I do not perform only roof inspections. If I did I would require payment at that time.

Structural Inspections - Residential or Commercial
- $200.00 to $400.00 fixed fee - flat rate
I would get paid at the time of the inspection, however it should be noted that a structural inspection is normally part of a complete home inspection.

Toxic Lead - Testing or Inspection
- $80.00 to $150.00 fixed fee for water quality test
- $350.00 to $500.00 fixed fee for on-site sampling and lab testing (up to 5 samples)
I get paid at the time of the inspection.
