Home Inspection Services
- $225.00 to $250.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $325.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $325.00 to $350.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $250.00 to $275.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and money orders.

Pool - Inspection
- $75.00 to $125.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
We accept all major credit cards.

Roof - Inspection
- $75.00 to $125.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
