Deck or Porch - Clean, Seal, Stain or Waterproof
- $0.50 to $2.00 per square foot
Single stage seal coating is $.50 to 1.00 per ft. Depending on prep. work and cleaning.

Deck or Porch - Enclose or Cover
- $0.50 to $1.00 fixed fee (enclose existing deck or porch)
Screening in labor cost $.50 per ft. Screen comes in many different quality type's, it's material cost can be $.25 to $.75 per ft.

Patios - Awnings & Patio Covers
- $5.00 to $10.00 per square foot
Basic awning with exposed rafters,$5 per.sq.ft. Awning that is totally enclosed with ceiling and trim ,about $10 per.sq.ft.

Small Projects - Painting or Staining
- $0.50 to $2.00 per square foot
Flat ,Matt, or eggshell finish is $.50 per sq.ft. semi gloss, satin, or pearl finish $.75 per.sq.ft.
