How We Charge For Our Services

Fall Lawn - Rake, Clean, Remove
- $25.00 to $35.00 per hour for raking and bagging
- $25.00 to $35.00 per hour for curbside vacuuming or bag pick-up
- $40.00 to $70.00 fixed fee for 1/8 acre lot
- $60.00 to $110.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $90.00 to $170.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
- $135.00 to $250.00 fixed fee per 1 acre
While I am in business to make a living after covering my costs, I also desire to provide quality service at a good price. I feel that a write should be agreed upon before work begins, but unless the customer insists, I won't accept payment until the job is done to their satisfaction. I believe in providing a little more than they expect for the price. Once the job is done based on the customer's instructions, payment should be made the same day in a method that best suits the customer's needs.

- $70.00 to $120.00 per application (1 acre)
- $20.00 to $40.00 per application (1/4 acre)
- $40.00 to $70.00 per application (1/2 acre)
Payments should be made after the customer is satisfied with the work completed. Payment method should be based on the customer's needs or preferences.

- $120.00 to $170.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $55.00 to $90.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $80.00 to $130.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
