Jason has been extremely easy to work with. We had a lot of overgrown things in our new backyard and he was not only quick but affordable. We also have 2 dogs which is sometimes hard to work with. He was very flexible and even helped us with building some garden boxes so we can get our garden going!

Jason is doing an excellent job.
The job is three parts and he is almost complete with the first part. This part consists of fixing the existing sprinkler system in the back yard. Which includes raising the valves above ground and adding more sprinkler lines and heads where the coverage was not effective. Jason has gone the extra mile to make sure the results are effective and aesthetic.
His level of service and attention to detail are wonderful. I look forward to him completing the next two phases, which will include a drip system for plantings on retaining wall and sod front yard.

How We Charge For Our Services

Architects - Residential
- $50.00 to $70.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $11.00 to $22.00 per square foot (design cost only)
- 15.00 to 20.00 percent of construction cost
It all depends on the complexity of the design and how detailed they are asking for. Do they want a detailed plant list & materials list?

Landscape Designers - Residential
- $38.00 to $58.00 per hour
- $300.00 to $800.00 flat rate for home planting plan
- 9.00 to 12.00 percent of landscaping cost
normally get a percentage of the cost of property
