Work includes residential projects of all sizes - from new construction to additions and renovations- including great rooms, kitchens, baths, master bedroom suites, finished basements, decks, laundry rooms, play houses and porches.

Environmentally friendly design is very important, and solutions from improved insulation, high-efficiency furnaces, windows & doors; use of 'green' products, to collecting stormwater are presented as options to be incorporated in the project.

How We Charge For Our Services
|
Architects - Residential
- $110.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $6.50 to $9.00 per square foot (design cost only)
- 4.00 to 9.00 percent of construction cost
Each project is unique, and once the design goals and scope of work are discussed with the Client(s), a Proposal describing the design effort and fees would be prepared for review and approval. Fees developed as Percent of Construction Cost or Per square foot are based on an estimate of the number of hours needed to perform the work, multiplied by the hourly rate.
