How We Charge For Our Services

Deck or Porch - Clean, Seal, Stain or Waterproof
- $0.50 to $1.89 per square foot
We charge by the sq. ft. We price for the cleaning, the proper chemicals to clean with, the time it takes to apply stain and the cost of the stain. All of this is included in one per sq. ft. price.

Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch - Clean and Seal
- $0.50 to $1.89 per square foot
Depending on what you want done, cleaning only or cleaning and stain, everything is in one per sq. ft. price

Pressure Washing - Residential
- $195.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for home exterior (1,500-2,000 sf home)
- $99.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for driveway
- $125.00 to $600.00 fixed fee for deck (approx. 250 sq. ft)
We will always provide a quote up front so you know what you will pay before we ever start

Window - Washing and Cleaning
- $8.85 to $15.00 per pane (inside and outside)
- $5.90 to $15.00 per pane (outside only)
- $2.95 to $5.90 per pane (inside only)
