David Ke | Design Collaborative Studio, Inc. is a Certified Small Business Architectural service firm going to its 14th year of operation. Led by David Ke and a licensed Architect with over 20 years experience in Residential and Commercial, site and urban design. He has planned numerous Cities and countless amount of Developments. Winning design awards for companies he had represented in the past, he has undertaken developments ranging from tract homes, multi-family, mixed-use, various commercial properties, Universities, Civic Facilities, theme parks, entertainment complexes, hotels and casinos to urban and City masterplanning. David Ke | Design Collaborative Studio, Inc. approaches every project with a "Big" picture mentality in both design and financial aspect. We define all opportunities and constraints making connections with the fabric of society and culture into contexts that bring value.
David Ke holds both a Professional Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science, Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona. A first in the University's history to accomplish the feat. He holds a strong commitment to his applicable skills in Architecture with an unwavering adherence to the strong belief that a successful land development must provide an enduring contribution while enriching the character, the social value of the community and being good stewardess towards our responsibilities for a sustainable society.

We invoice net 30, we typically accept check or wire transfers. We are currently looking into Zelle and other convenient methods of payments.
