- $250.00 to $450.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, overlay existing roof)
All one story ranches are the least expensive roof because it can easily be walked on and doesn't require any staging. Higher strap roofs that have dormers,valley and skylight would be on the higher price per square.
