Septic System - Install or Replace
- $5,500.00 to $15,000.00 fixed fee for drain field replacement
- $9,500.00 to $11,500.00 for septic tank replacement (1,000-gallon concrete tank)
- $30,000.00 to $45,000.00 fixed fee for engineered septic system (3-bedroom house)
- $18,000.00 to $25,000.00 fixed fee for new conventional system (3-bedroom house)
- $1,000.00 to $2,500.00 fixed fee for septic perc test
