How We Charge For Our Services

Real Estate Brokers & Agents - Residential
- 2.50 to 3.50 percent of sale
As a listing agent I generally ask 6%. 3% for the selling agent and 3% for me. At times I will lower my listing rate to 5%, 2.5% for my services and 2.5% for the selling agent, but usually only under a hardship case.
As a buyer's agent I generally ask for 3%, but will accept 2.5% or less for repeat business and/or referrals.
