Our Mission
We work in detail to develop an accurate floor plan. Without floor plans and sketches, there is no guarantee a project will turn out as expected. To assure that all goes according to plan, we take the time to develop a detailed floor plan. This ensures that each room functions and flows as it should, and that furnishings fit properly in the space.

How We Charge For Our Services

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $550.00 to $1,795.00 fixed fee for 1 day staging consultation
Our billing philosophy is simple, depending on the home size and what may be required to complete a look, our prices range from as little as $550 to 1795
|
Interior Decorators - Residential
- $75.00 to $200.00 per hour (plus materials)
- 20.00 percent of interior furnishings
We require a fee for consultations and quotes with a credit towards the project if hired. A 50% retainer upon ac epting proposal and 50% upon completion of the project plus any monthly recurrent charges if applicable
