We had to open a ceiling and wall and change the waste line from the 2nd floor toilet down to the basement. We came in at $500 cheaper than 2 other estimates they received.
The challenge was it was a old home with plaster ceiling and walls. water lines in front of the waste lines had to be cut out in order to do our work then re install the water lines.
