What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Book a 1-hour consultation to see if it's a good match personality wise and to determine if the designer appears to have the competence you seek. This is a requirement with Design Refresh Stage. I do a Meet & Greet to get to know you, for you to get to know me and what I offer. We discuss your goals and objectives as well as your budget, do a walk through of your home to determine what you like and what you don't like. I always suggest the homeowner put together a photo book of the style they like, colors, furnishings samples and so forth before our initial consultation. This will give me an idea if their budget is realistic to their goals.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

1). Re-Design to open up walls to give a more up-to-date design. We do a lot of town homes where we open up the wall from the kitchen to the dining room. It makes such a fabulous difference!
2). And then staging for the WOW is my trademark which always proves to get a quick offer at top dollar. I always try to push over the highest sold home (comp) to-date and we do that more often than not. Sometimes appraisers won't let us even though we receive two offers over the final appraised value in less than 24-hours.

We always recommend green building materials when working with contractors. Recycled glass is used in a lot of building materials these days. Who would have know that in the general population?

We are a small, family owned business whose motto is - Exceeding client expectations. Now with our launch of Design Refresh Stage we've added the motto - Love where you live!
Even though our business is a new launch, what we do for clients is the same thing we've been doing for clients for no charge for the past 10+ years. Now we are marketing our expertise and sharing it with the world. And we are thrilled to be doing this!

We know what brings value to a home and are able to articulate this importance to seller clients so we can put more money in their pockets at settlement. Most agents are too timid to recommend changes to a clients home even though they know it'd bring them a great return on their investment.

Absolutely we guarantee our work! Most of our clients talk about not wanting to sell after we do our Re-Design and Staging. But they end up selling and then we help them with the design and staging of their new home. So it turns out great in the end!

The most frequent question we all ask when considering hiring someone. How much will this cost me?
The answer is "depends." It depends on what you want us to do and how much time and materials we are going to need to accomplish the task. It's all proposal based and factors include size of home, if we are staging with your furnishing or ours, if we are shopping with you or you want us to shop for you, if you are interested in a color consultation and so forth.
Our services are not a simple number. We offer fair prices for the work we do.
