Devine Home Inspections, LLC
Whether you’re buying or selling a home, you’ll want to hire an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. As a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, I represent the best-trained and most highly qualified inspectors in the business. InterNACHI is the world’s elite home inspector association because its membership requirements are the toughest in the industry.
I am also a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the oldest and most respected of all Home Inspection Associations. I am one of only a few ASHI-trained Home Inspectors in the entire State of Mississippi.
I inspect each home as if it were my own. Where accessible, I go on roofs, in attics, under houses, and under decks, and I do not rush through. As with my ASHI-trained colleagues, a professional residential inspection typically takes me about three hours, with another several hours spent preparing the professional, pictorial report.
