What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A:
Most sellers want to know what the commission is and how much you will get for their home. Make sure you base your decision on the caliber of agent, prior sales record and make sure you are getting full service. Reputation and relationships within the realtor community are important. Also, do not select the agent who prices your home the highest. Make sure they give you a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that proves their pricing has been strategized and well thought out.
