-How much experience do you have in the kind of job I require? We have been 5 years on the market.
-Are the materials you use UL-certified? Yes.
-What type of guaranty do your company offers? Life time guarantee: If any unexpected problem related to the finished project arises, we will make it right.
-When could come to my house or business so I can show you the job I need? As soon as possible. We will agree on a time and date on our first call.
-When could you give me an estimate? The same day we get to evaluate the job that needs to be done.
-What does your estimate include? It depends on what we agree with the client, but it always includes labor and materials. We can also include the devices or the client can choose to provide them themselves.
-How long will it take you to finish the job? It depends on the complexity of the job, but we will work to do it as fast as possible.
-How does the payment process work? For project valued on more than $3.000: First payment at the beginning of the job: 50%; after the rough is done: 40% and once the job is completed: 10%
