Fall Lawn - Rake, Clean, Remove
- $25.00 to $45.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
Customer billing will include rake, cleanup/bag and disposal

Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $35.00 to $45.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $25.00 to $30.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $30.00 to $35.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
Customer will be invoiced for the agreed upon pricing by email

Lawn or Garden - Pull Weeds
- $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
Customer will be billed at the agreed upon hourly rate

Pressure Washing - Residential
- $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
- $0.39 to $0.87 per square foot
We will provide a estimate of minimum and maximum labor times to complete project, on completion of job total time spent on project will then be billed.
