Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).

McWaters Project: A spare bedroom needed floor repairs and the installation of Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) in part of the room due to mold issues. This project presented several challenges, including an uneven subfloor, foundation problems that affected wall support, and difficulties aligning the new flooring with the existing hardwood.
To address these issues, we began by enclosing the opening with a subfloor panel cut to the exact measurements. To ensure the LVT locked into place properly, we had to shim the walls in various areas to achieve the correct alignment. After carefully aligning the LVT with the existing hardwood flooring, we made the necessary modifications for the "tongue and groove" locking system.
With patience and experience, we successfully completed the job. The total cost for the materials and labor was $2,000.
