What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

When you're choosing a company to do a job for you, take a step back and look at the big picture. Don't just go by reviews, price, or size. Look for those companies that make you feel like family. They'll treat your needs like they were their own. This is especially important if you're hiring a company to work on your home or business. You want to feel confident that they'll take care of your property like it was their own.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

We have a government contract to clean a big building at Fort Cavazos. This is a very challenging and rewarding project, because we are responsible for making sure the building is clean and safe for employees and visitors. In addition to government contracts, we also do a lot of "make-ready" cleaning jobs. These jobs involve cleaning a home after a remodel or post-construction. We clean the whole house and all the appliances, making sure everything works and the place smells fresh and clean. These jobs are usually for homes that are about to be, or have been, sold or rented.

What would you like your customers to know about your company?

We started this company to give our family a way to reach any height they set their minds and hearts on. We want to leave them something that will grow as they do. When we say "family," we mean our blood relatives, but we also mean our customers. Even if we only do one job for a customer, they become like family to us. Each new customer is important to us, and we want them to feel comfortable and secure with us in their home or business. We want our customers to feel like they are part of our family, and we want to be a part of theirs.

How We Charge For Our Services

Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home
- $70.00 to $105.00 per hour
- $0.35 to $0.53 per square foot (no furniture)
- $125.00 to $190.00 per room (no furniture)
When you call to schedule a visit to get an estimate, we'll create an estimate work order. The estimate is free. Estimates are good for 15 days from the date of the estimate. If you hire us, we'll convert the estimate work order to an invoice and email it to you. The invoice will include a timeframe for payment. If you need to make partial payments, we can work with you on that.

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $350.00 to $650.00 per hour
- $0.35 to $0.43 per square foot
When you call to schedule a visit to get an estimate, we'll create an estimate work order. The estimate is free. Estimates are good for 15 days from the date of the estimate.
