How We Charge For Our Services

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $75.00 per hour
- $300.00 to $400.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation
- $300.00 to $1,400.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $300.00 to $5,000.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
- $500.00 to $700.00 fixed fee for 1 day staging consultation
We bill at $75 for an hour of consulting and shopping services. Our 2 hour walk and talk staging consultation is between $250 and $400 and our full day staging consultation is between $500-$1,400. We will provide pricing for an unoccupied home for furniture rental based on the number of rooms and square feet that need to be staged.
