We do a lot of fix and repair work. We now have a proven system to make texture consistent through out house. We also do a lot of popcorn removal projects.

How We Charge For Our Services

Drywall - Install or Replace
- $25.00 to $37.50 per hour (plus materials)
- $0.90 to $1.50 per square foot
- $28.00 to $34.00 per sheet (4ft x 8ft)
We do a retainer of 1/3 down, a third at hanging completion, and remainder when we are finished.

Drywall - Remove
- $27.00 to $45.00 per hour
- $0.89 to $1.35 per square foot
It all depends on things like how high are the ceilings etc.

Drywall - Repair
- $25.00 to $37.50 per hour (plus material cost)
Of course popcorn removal is different.

Plaster - Install or Replace
- $0.50 to $1.00 per square foot
We do a retainer of 1/3 down, a third at hanging completion, and remainder when we are finished.

Popcorn Ceiling Texture - Remove
- $37.50 to $80.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $0.90 to $1.25 per square foot
All prices are up for settling an agreement.
