How We Charge For Our Services
Addition to House - Build
- $150.00 to $200.00 per square foot for premium grade construction
- $100.00 to $150.00 per square foot for standard grade construction
Each job differs so I like to go see the jobs I do first. Then give an estimate. I normally do require some money down so I can put you on the schedule.

Basement - New Basement Addition
- $7,500.00 to $15,000.00 fixed fee - flat rate
I like to see job and plans first as all jobs differ.

Concrete - Sawing, Demolition or Removal
- $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
- $4.00 to $8.00 per square foot (for demolition and removal of 4" slab)
- $2.00 to $4.00 per linear foot (for saw cutting 4" slab)
Because every job is different I bill different. But feel I am very competitive.

Concrete Countertops - Install
- $6.00 to $12.00 per square foot (1.5 inch slab)
It is more money as it is normally a light weight concrete inside of a home. Which makes it more labor inteAnsive.

Concrete Floors - Install
- $7.50 to $11.00 per square foot (6 inch reinforced slab)
- $6.50 to $10.00 per square foot (4 inch reinforced slab)
As jobs differ so does the price of concrete.

Concrete Foundation - Install
- $7.00 to $11.00 per square foot (6 inch reinforced slab on grade)
- $6.00 to $10.00 per square foot (4 inch reinforced slab on grade)
As jobs vary so does the price of materials and labor.

Concrete Patio - Install
- $6.00 to $12.00 per square foot (4 inch reinforced slab)
As jobs vary so does the price of materials and labor.

Concrete Patio or Walkway - Install
- $6.00 to $12.00 per square foot
As jobs vary so does the price of materials and labor.

Concrete Patio or Walkway - Repair
- $6.00 to $12.00 per square foot
