How We Charge For Our Services

Asbestos - Inspection and Testing
- $30.00 per sample for lab testing
- $250.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for residential inspection
We take cash, check, debit and credit cards as well as invoicing. If paying by invoice the invoice must be paid before time of inspection.

Chimney - Inspection
- $100.00 to $200.00 fixed fee (level 1 inspection)
- $100.00 to $200.00 fixed fee (level 2 inspection)
- $100.00 to $200.00 fixed fee (level 3 inspection)
We accept cash, check, debit and credit cards as well as invoicing. If paying by invoice the invoice must be paid before time of inspection.

Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $500.00 to $5,000.00 fixed fee - flat rate
We accept cash, check, debit and credit cards as well as invoicing. If paying by invoice it must be played before time of inspection.

Home Inspection Services
- $300.00 to $350.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $450.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $450.00 to $1,000.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $350.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)

Home Warranty Programs
- $300.00 to $500.00 per year (for pre-existing house)

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $30.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $100.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)

Pool - Inspection
- $200.00 to $500.00 for inspection and report (olympic size commercial pool)
- $50.00 to $100.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)

Roof - Inspection
- $200.00 to $350.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)

Structural Inspections - Residential or Commercial
- $50.00 to $150.00 per hour

Toxic Lead - Testing or Inspection
- $50.00 fixed fee for soil test
- $50.00 fixed fee for water quality test
- $30.00 to $50.00 fixed fee for on-site sampling and lab testing (up to 5 samples)
