Understand what the cost of this type of work, by going on-line to compare what we say we can do the job for, and does it fall in line with average cost in the particular area the job is being performed. As a company we provide a line-by-line price of each task that needs to be performed to your property, with the cost of each task.

We provide free timely quotes. We always do a site visit; to determine the condition of your parking lot, so we can provide with all work that is needed to make your parking lot looking newer. We provide a satellite image of your coverage area with all the details of your property (sq.ft. of the sealcoating area, amount of parking stalls and pavement markings). We send out quote quickly by email. We follow up with client to make sure they receive the quote. We will follow up if we don't hear back from customer in 30days. We do not keep calling the client asking them if they have made a decision.

We only use quality DOT spec products. No pressure from us once you receive quote. We communicate with our clients for what they can expect as far as scheduling, when we have arrived to do work, and when we have completed the project. We will send pictures to client when job is completed and what the work looks like. We don't invoice the client until they have inspected the work and are satisfied.

When is the best time to sealcoat, strip, crack fill and pothole repairs. We recommend sealcoating in North Carolina between March thru October (as long as the temperature is 55 degrees or higher). Striping, crack filling and pothole repairs are year round.
