First of all, they answered the phone, which is huge considering that some other top-rated cleaning services listed on Yelp can't manage to do this most basic step.
Second, they were extremely polite and professional. They asked me some basic questions about my home and were able to tell me the quote over the phone.I have been having SHC clean my home every other week for the past 3 months and am thrilled with my decision!
