We also offer Pre-Listing inspection for sellers to make the transaction much less complicated.
Aside from buying and selling, we offer inspections to home owners to identify issues before they become a costly expense.

How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $275.00 to $400.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $475.00 to $550.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $800.00 to $1,000.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $450.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Payments are due at the time of the scheduled inspection.
Costs vary depending on size and age of home. And include a 3% cash/check discount.
Credit cards are also accepted but do not get a discount.

Pool - Inspection
- $100.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
Payment is due at the time of the inspection.
