What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

When looking for a drafting service it is important to find someone that will listen to you and take your thoughts and ideas into account. Far too often a designers ego gets in the way and the clients wants and needs are lost in the design. I listen first. Then I take your dreams and create the home that you want.

New custom homes, remodels and additions are the primary projects I work on.

In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?

I take into consideration ways to save money on your design by using materials that have a longer lifespan and are thus, more green. I tailor my designs to cut down on waste and to take advantage of the natural features of the site. I also try to not over-design a home for the clients needs. A smaller home can feel and function like a much bigger one by eliminating wasted space.
