They we able to match the builder stain on the trims, moldings, and doors. Home theater is awesome...I recommended them to do 3 other basements in my development.

8/13 Dilip B., South Fayette I have a Ryan Homes model. 600 sq. ft. they finished the basement great job. They let me install my own speaker wire. We got home theater, full bath, wet bar. When the basement was complete they also did a deck for me. I referred them to several of my friends and coworkers.

Basement - Finish or Remodel - $25.00 to $35.00 per square foot (standard grade, no bathroom) We bill the homeowner by mutually agreeable construction progress payments. We accept check or credit card payments. We offer 0% apr. financing for 12 months or 48 months interest free with equal payments. Financing based on approved credit.

Basement - New Basement Addition - $10,000.00 to $25,000.00 fixed fee - flat rate Per project basis pricing

Kitchen - Remodeling - $10,000.00 to $50,000.00 fixed fee (full remodel with standard options) Kitchen Remodels vary and are priced per project.
