Q:
What is your company best known for?
A:
We are best known for going above and beyond the scope of work. We often fix problems we find, without charging the client additional labor/material, if they are minor problems. We don't play games with bidding. We'll tell you what you need and ask you what you want, and then we'll tell you how much it's going to cost, and that's that.
Q:

What separates your company from the competition?
A:

We have done extensive research on electrical cost data in Wisconsin, and our bids consistently come out below the median price, and we do it without sacrificing profitability or the well-being of our hard-working employees.

Q:
What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?

Q: How much is this going to cost?
A: We'll tell you the best and worst-case scenarios. In most cases, we can tell you the exact price up front. It really depends on the situation and type of work.
Q: Is this required by Code?
A: We'll tell you what is required by the actual National Electrical Code, and what we just think you should do beyond the scope of the NEC.

Q: Are you insured?
A: We are insured for $1,000,000 per incident and $2,000,000 aggregate per year for liability against malpractice. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.

We do offer a 10% discount applied to the total of your invoice or estimate if you are over 65 or veteran of war.
Q:
Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).
A:
We recently were called to repair damage to several service cables feeding an apartment building in Waunakee. A carpenter had blindly sawed through the floor and partial severed several cables. The challenge was to re-splice the cables safely, without violating the NEC's requirements for all splices to be done in a junction box and remain accessible without having to remove any building materials.
We were able to splice all the cables, install a junction box and access panel in a non-conspicuous location. The cost of replacing the cables from the meter banks to the panels would have been catastrophically high.
