We mostly produce drawings for commercial structures and tenant improvements, but we also produce a fair amount of drawings for residences.

ECCO design build was hired to design and build a custom home in Temecula, CA. The client wanted a unique larger custom home, that fit into the designs of the neighborhood, but also wanted to maintain a frugal budget. After outlining the client's wants, needs, and desires, we designed a beautiful 6,000 square foot home with budget-friendly exterior treatments, and dramatic, yet inexpensive, interior touches.
The project is in the building department at the moment, but we are preparing to hit the ground running and construct this awesome home as soon as the permit is ready to be issued!
