What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Our number 1 advice is, don't try to fix it yourself! yes, it's tempting to try and save money, especially when you're handy and have tackled projects around the house. However, I can't count the times that customers actually did more damage trying to repair a problem with their garage doors than actually repairing it. Some repairs are also very dangerous. In fact, so dangerous that it sent a few of our customers to the hospital. One with a torn muscle and others with broken limbs or teeth.
Number 2 advice is regarding choosing the company to work with.
We are aware that there are many options out there and we appreciate being considered to repair your door. When choosing a company to come into your home it is important to make sure that the service is high quality and backed up by warranty and by a company that will not disappear or not respond to your calls.
