The owner, Renato Sampaio, has gained unsurpassed experience throughout his 15 plus years of working in the hardwood flooring industry in the finer homes of Tampa. He will personally be involved in each project to the end and will remain your point of contact throughout.
His wife, Susan Sampaio is a fine artist, interior designer and as an animal advocate working with the Humane Society of Tampa Bay's TNR program, she has helped saved countless of abandoned pets lives.
They both believe very strongly in community as much as they care about how the quality of their work reflects their name.

I had pet stains and they sanded down to lighten them and then helped me choose a stain to make them not stand out. I cannot even tell where they were. Awesome job, crew and company!!!

Renato was very punctual and professional. Our floors were old and challenging but he did a wonderful job overall and we are very pleased with the quality of his work. WOW!!! What a beautiful job.From the first time we met Renato we knew he was the man for our job! He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about all types of hardwood flooring. After experiencing a fire in our house on mothers day night that burned our hardwood floor in my sons room Renato reassured us that he could fix it no problem and he did! He and his crew were very respectful of our house and our time and his pricing was so good it allowed for us to refinish all of our floors AND remove the laminate and replace it with real hardwood that was matched beautifully to our newly refinished 1958 oak flooring. I have no problem in highly recommending Renato for your hardwood flooring needs!

Where do I start? I hired Renato and his team to refinish my daughter's first home purchase. She purchased a unit in a condo built in the 1920's on Bayshore in Tampa. She was in a time crunch as she needed her hardwood floors refinished quickly. Perfectly hardworking and people pleasing professionals with skills are the words I would like to use to describe Renato and his team. Renato and his team did an excellent job refinishing the wood floors in my father's older home. He was always courteous, professional and timely. He is honest and trustworthy. Renato and his team were excellent and did beautiful work under pressure as I needed to move probably a day or too early for the floors to set but we have had no problems. This house used to be used to breed fighting dogs and the floors were scratched and stained and you would never know it now!!! I would recommend them to anyone that has hardwood floors that need help.

I was having a hard time getting anyone to quote me on this job. Elite had no problem doing a small job. He was always on time and my bathroom floor looks very nice. He had some obstacles to work around (sheet rock dust stuffed between the boards), but he was able to coat the floor and then use a marking pen to color over the white. With what he had to work with he did a very nice job.
