BBB is a free service to both Consumers and Businesses. We urge consumers to call or visit our website prior to hiring a contractor or service company. Before you make a valuable purchase we recommend consumers review the businesses rating, profile and Accreditation status with the BBB for free.

We are a non profit organization that provides services to both the general public and private sectors. We work with both the consumer & local businesses as a non bias third party. All Consumer services provided are free.

We partner with most of the local charities and business services. We provide a free service to the general public. BBB has been around for more than 100 years & we have over 115 local BBB branch offices to serve the local markets.

How can my business become Accredited with the BBB. Accreditation is by invitation only. You must maintain a stellar rating with the BBB. You must be approved by our Board. Any business can submit an application for consideration by going online or calling their local BBB office.
How do I file a complaint? All complaints must be submitted in writing. It can be online or in person. We need as much information about the business & the complaint.

Does your company offer discounts to senior citizens or veterans?

We do not offer a discount as our services are free, but our network of over 1500 Accredited businesses offer several discounts.
