HVAC Inspection
Was called because no HVAC company would come to home due to all busy. They wanted a report of why the system was not performing properly. Found condensation on electrical systems and drain pan clogged.

How We Charge For Our Services

Chimney - Inspection
- $150.00 to $225.00 fixed fee (level 1 inspection)
- $175.00 to $250.00 fixed fee (level 2 inspection)
- $300.00 to $400.00 fixed fee (level 3 inspection)
Depends on the square footage and the type of inspection. Also if there is going to be ancillary services as well.
