WOW! is all I can say. I had tile that had not been cleaned since the house was built. Plus the grout had never been sealed & it had been originally white. Eleven years, two kids, two dogs and a cat later I actually did not think it could be cleaned to the original color. All I can say is that I am amazed at the job that Jackie did. He got the tile looking like new!! Jackie was on time and gave me a price before he started cleaning. He didn't try to oversell stuff I did not need. His price was very reasonable for all the work that he did. He did a fantastic job of making my carpets look like new. He was professional and courteous. Best Carpet Cleaning Place in Town. I had a really bad experience with another carpet cleaning company in town and so I called A&C and they came out and did an outstanding job, even threw in some extras for free. This is my second time using them, and I will never use anybody else. Very friendly and honest. Its very rare to find a company that you don't have to deal with some kind of bs, but A&C is so easy to work with and they really want to make you a satisfied customer.

Carpet - Repair, Refasten, or Stretch - $55.00 to $75.00 per room to stretch carpeting We charge on a per room basis.

Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home - $35.00 to $45.00 per room (no furniture) We charge on a per room basis for furnished, or by sq ft for vacant.

Carpets or Rugs - Clean Offsite - $0.50 to $3.00 per square foot Depending on the material of the area rug, will determine the sq ft price.

Tile, Stone, Marble - Clean, Grout, Polish and Maintain - $0.75 to $0.90 per square foot (cleaning and sealing) We charge on a per sq ft basis, of the area cleaned. This includes cleaning the tile and grout, then sealing all the grout lines.

Upholstery and Furniture - Clean - $60.00 to $80.00 for couch cleaning (average size) We charge $10-15 per linear foot depending on the material of the upholstery.
