To Whom It May Concern:
Please take the time to read my proposal. The economy has taken its toll upon my work flow. My list of repeat clientele and yellow page ads just isn’t supplying my company with enough jobs to keep me busy. Therefore I have decided to broaden my range for potential clients and hopefully stay on top of this terrible recession which seems to be at a stalemate. I would like my company to grow, not to down size.
Here is a little background information on my land surveying experience. When I finished going to school for Civil Engineering, I seemed to favor Land surveying and Construction Layout. I enjoy my job and I am very experienced in all areas of Land surveying and Construction Layout. Since age 21 to 50 I have dealt with many legal situation and judgment calls ( ambiguous & vague deed call, overlapping property lines,

, irate or hostile property owners, it is the surveyors duty to be involved in each job from beginning to end. I am involved in each job from the court house research, field work, drawing the plats to explaining any questions my clients or ad joiners may have about the survey. Some areas where survey plats are not available and deeds are vague, I resort to talking and or taking testimony from elders that may know more about the properties involved than a vague deed describes. I feel all the surveys should be given full attention from a licensed surveyor. This is what I am offering you, to do my job to the best of my ability. I am looking for all types of surveying jobs such as:
Closing /Loan Surveys, Small or Large Boundary Surveys, Boundary Disputes,
Construction Layout of any kind (Water & Sewer Lines Roads Horz. & Vert. Lay-out, Drainage Systems, Curb & Gutter, Gas Lines, Electric Lines),
Marking and Painting Property Lines, Court Ordered Arbitration Surveys,
