Jenkins started VIP Innovations in 2002 which was a Human Capital Management firm, focusing on delivering the Principles of High Performance and Organizational Assessments. Most recently, added Life Coaching and Career Transition Coaching as an additional service.

I am currently in the process of obtaining my certification in Neuro-Coaching. This type of coaching helps create new neural pathways, which leads to lasting, sustainable change. This means that coaching builds capacity, rather than dependency. And research shows that anyone can change their brain with focused effort.
