How We Charge For Our Services

Artificial Grass or Turf - Install
- $1.75 to $9.25 per square foot (mid-grade lawn turf)
Grass (natural or Artificial) will be charged based on perpetration of soil type, sprinklers and plants are extra.

Excavation - Minor Grading or Resloping
- $30.00 to $240.00 per hour (includes machine rental and operator)
Low price is base per man with no equipment to 240.00 per hour for skid steer and operator.

Landscape - Install or Plant
- $25.00 to $40.00 per hour (per person) plus materials
This price is for installation only and does not include plant material.

Landscape Designers - Commercial
- $100.00 to $500.00 fixed fee
Price includes 3-D picture of home or business with prospective plants in place.
Also provide a Landscape-Cad blueprint.

Landscape Designers - Residential
- $100.00 to $500.00 flat rate for home planting plan
Price includes 3-D picture of home or business with prospective plants in place. Also provide a Landscape-Cad blueprint.

Lawn - Fertilize or Treat
- $79.00 to $99.00 per application (1/4 acre)
- $89.00 to $121.00 per application (1/2 acre)
Fertilizers are based on type and need, each have their unique properties and schedule applications.

Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $75.00 to $100.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $100.00 to $125.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
Our company provides full service gardening only, we don't do "mow, blow and go". these prices reflect those services.

- $350.00 to $750.00 per sprinkler zone (connected to house water)
Based on the average sprinkler installation

Sod Installation
- $1.75 to $2.30 per square foot installed
Price includes grass abatement, soil preparation,Fertilization and installation of sod.
Complete process can take up to 21 days to complete project

Tree Services - Tree Removal
- $165.00 to $1,200.00 fixed fee for fallen tree (less than 30 ft)
Based on the average tree that has been maintained during it growing cycle to one that has never been maintained. Stump grinding is based on size and location of stump.

Trees & Shrub Services - Protect from Disease
- $59.00 to $150.00 per spray treatment
Based on application and frequency.
