Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $750.00 to $1,500.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $2,700.00 to $3,500.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
We provide an intital consultation for occupied and vacant homes. After the consultation we provide a flat rate quote based on the specific needs of the propert. Our quotes are designed for the property and are not cookie cutter packages.

Interior Decorators - Residential
- $95.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
We always start with a consultation via phone or in personal in order to get an idea of the needs for the project. We put together a budget and fee structure based on the scope of the project. We can offer a range of services for design including virtual design and full service design with contractor project management.
