Free mold inspection is never free. Our modest $99 mold inspection fee means we work for you, not the remediation company. Free mold inspections use commissioned sales people to scare unsuspecting customers to agree to expensive services.
It is obvious that a professional doing 2-3 calls per day ... for free, can't pay for gas, his time, his bills, or his food without acting as a paid recruiter. Free mold inspector are paid $400 to $750 for landing a deal that nets the company thousands of dollars more than our company would charge.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $55.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $99.00 to $150.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
