We produced a Monument sign on Sam Rittenberg. the brick layer pulled out last minute so we had to find another one at a considerable price increase to us and the customer requested IPE wood which had a significant price increase from time of quoting. all in all we ate what we could and appealed to the client to help cover costs on the IPE which they did. Sign was completed on time and the customer was very happy.
