To give me a call! Appliance repair can sometimes be tricky and it is definitely a repair system that is best handled hands on. The best advice I could give someone that is having an issue is to have an actual technician out to diagnose the problem with their unit. It is most certainly easier to diagnose the problem with a hands on approach then taking a guess over the phone.
