How We Charge For Our Services

Architects - Commercial
- $95.00 to $135.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $4.00 to $8.00 per square foot (design cost only)
- 7.00 to 15.00 percent of construction cost
Most small projects are priced as a fixed fee based upon the number of hours i think i will have into the project plus any expenses that i anticipate incurring. Larger projects are based upon a percentage of anticipated construction costs plus expenses.

Architects - Residential
- $80.00 to $105.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $4.00 to $8.00 per square foot (design cost only)
- 7.00 to 12.00 percent of construction cost
Small additions and renovations are priced as a fixed fee based upon the number of hours i think i will have into the project plus any expenses that i anticipate incurring. New construction is based upon an hourly rate at $105/hr for design work and then a percentage of construction costs once a concept design has been developed to the point of being able to get accurate cost estimates.
