What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?
A:
A common question I get asked frequently is, Do you caulk and fill nail holes? The answer is most of the time I do not. This is generally a job of the painters who will be doing the painting work. The reason being is most of the painters (and all of the really good ones I've worked along side) do not want someone else going their caulking work and would rather then do all the caulking. Not to mention it is being factored into their painting prices. So I leave it to the pros who handle painting work. Under certain circumstances I can and will caulk but it is job specific and not in most cases.
